What
does the future hold for broadband
over copper? To find out, CHINA DSL
Conference is the place to be. At
the 6th CHINA DSL Conference in
Beijing, the telecom community can
come together to collectively
address the priority issues for
advancing DSL. In 2005, over 500
telecom |
executives and engineers who
attended received insights into
current as well as future
developments with DSL performance,
interoperability and
deployment status across the country
and globally. With 21 presentations
including 4 industry keynotes, 4
carrier keynotes and a panel
discussion, the event ranks as one
of the largest meetings for DSL
technology in the world.
For 2006
and beyond, DSL continues to offer
carriers and service providers
enormous revenue potential and for
good reasons. DSL has consistently
proven to be a popular and cost
effective technology. What’s more,
the DSL implementation process is
more streamlined than ever and
ongoing developments through MIMO,
ADSL and VDSL2 enables carriers to
provision new revenue value added
services such as IPTV.
With
China’s low broadband penetration
rate, there are enormous growth
opportunities ahead for high-speed
DSL connections, by far the most
widely accepted form of high-speed
Internet access in the country.
According to Point Topic, China is
the world's leading DSL country
achieving 13.7m lines at the end of
2004. Japan takes second spot with
12.7m lines, but the USA is now a
close third with 12.6m lines. The
USA added the most lines in the
quarter with 1.2m additions, closely
followed by China, which added
around 990,000 lines.
If you
and your organization is jostling
for a stake in the nation’s nascent
broadband market, expected to fuel
much of telecom’s revenue growth in
the coming decade, you need to be at
CHINA DSL Conference 2006. With 1.3
billion people, 103 million on line,
demand for high-speed Internet
services is high. However tapping
into the opportunities involves a
range of critical issues from
business to service enablement to
network infrastructure. These issues
will all be addressed at CHINA DSL
Conference 2006. Limited seating so
register now!
Don't
miss this prime occasion to network
with broadband executives and stay
one step ahead of the competition in
delivering profitable broadband
services through DSL. For more
information about attending,
speaking and sponsorship
opportunities, please contact the
China DSL Event Secretariat Office.
